Muir's Deli's Black Pudding is made with our own special Scottish recipe. Slice it, fry it, grill it or heat it in the oven. And it doesn’t just have to be for breakfast – it’s a versatile ingredient for other mealtimes too.
Serves: For the main meal portion, we recommend approx 200g per person. If used as an extra to the meal, go with approximately 100g per person.
Storage: Supplied chilled. Store at < 5°C. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on the day of purchase and use within three months. You may want to slice your black pudding and freeze it in slice batches in separate freezer bags, so you can defrost just what you need each time.

Cooked Scotch Eggs will keep in the fridge for 3-4 days. If you are preparing Scotch Eggs in advance and want to store them until you're ready to cook, you can store Uncooked Scotch Eggs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
You can freeze Scotch eggs for around three months. Frozen Scotch eggs will be perfectly safe to eat. But that doesn’t mean you should freeze them, as there can be some major textural issues when freezing them, so think twice before doing so.
